We're sorry to see you go.
Deleting your account permanently removes your personal information from Tizela and our systems.
What will be deleted
- Profile information
- Saved payment methods
- Saved addresses
- Wishlist
- Messages
- Wallet (if balance is zero)
What may be retained
- Transaction records required by law
- Records needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud
How to delete your account
Option 1 (Recommended)
Open the Tizela app
Profile → Settings → Delete Account
Option 2
Email support@tizela.com from your account email with the subject "Delete My Account".
Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
